2. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICE
Brand Photo Club provides a subscription-based stock photography service featuring female executive imagery. Members receive unlimited downloads of images for commercial use.
3. MEMBERSHIP AND PAYMENTS
3.1 Subscription: Membership is billed monthly at the current rate ($79/month for founding members).
3.2 Founding Member Pricing: Founding members who join before [DATE] lock in their rate permanently at $79/month.
3.3 Price Increases: Prices for new members may increase. Existing members maintain their original rate.
3.4 Payment Processing: Payments are processed through our third-party payment processor. You agree to provide accurate payment information.
3.5 Automatic Renewal: Your membership automatically renews each month until cancelled.
3.6 Cancellation: You may cancel anytime through your account settings. Cancellation is effective at the end of your current billing period.
3.7 Refunds: We do not offer refunds for partial months. Downloaded images remain licensed after cancellation.
4. LICENSE GRANT
4.1 License Scope: Active members receive a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use downloaded images for commercial purposes including:

4.2 License Duration: Your license to use downloaded images continues after membership cancellation.

- Use images in trademark or logo applications

5. FREE DOWNLOADS
Free sample images are provided under the same license terms as membership downloads, with the same usage rights and restrictions.
6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
6.1 Ownership: Brand Photo Club retains all rights, title, and interest in all images. You receive only the license rights described above.
6.2 AI-Generated Content: You acknowledge that images may be created using AI technology. This does not affect your license rights.
7. USER ACCOUNTS
