Deliverables:

• 3 original label design concepts based on your existing logo, color direction, and gummy product brief

• Presentation mockups of each concept on a gummy bag and gummy jar (which can also be used on social media and in marketing materials for promotional purposes)

• One round of revisions on the selected concept

• Final artwork for two formats:

  • Gummy bag front label, approximately 4 x 5 inches

  • Gummy jar wrap label, approximately 8 x 2.75 inches

• Print ready concept files delivered within 3 business days of proposal approval and payment

• Full ownership of the final approved design after final payment

How the process works

1. Purchase this product, which also serves as your approval of this proposal

2. Within 3 business days you receive 3 design concepts, each shown on a gummy bag and gummy jar mockup.

3. Choose one concept and send one clear list of revision notes.

4. Revisions are applied to that concept and the design is adapted to both gummy bag and gummy jar label sizes.

5. Final print ready files are delivered and your order is marked complete.

File delivery

• One print ready PDF file for the gummy bag front label

• One print ready PDF file for the gummy jar wrap label

• High resolution JPG or PNG exports for basic marketing use

Important details and disclaimer

• This package covers one gummy product with two packaging formats, a bag and a jar. Extra products, extra flavors, or extra sizes fall outside this scope and require a separate quote.

• One round of revisions is included on the selected concept. Additional revisions, new concepts, or a major change in direction will be billed at the current hourly or day rate.

• The 3 business day timeline applies to delivery of the three initial concepts after payment is received and confirmed. Client response times, approvals, and printer timelines can affect the overall project schedule.

• You are responsible for accuracy of ingredients, nutrition panels, barcodes, compliance icons, and all legal or regulatory content. No legal review or compliance consulting is included in this offer.

• Standard gummy packaging sizes guide the label dimensions in this package. If your packaging differs significantly, resizing may require a small add-on fee or support from your printer.

• Mockups in the presentation are digital visuals for approval and marketing. No physical packaging or printing is included.

• Full ownership applies to the final approved label design only. Unused concepts, sketches, and working files remain the intellectual property of Montroy Design Studio.

• Due to the custom nature of label design, no refunds are available once design work begins.
