Timeline
7 business days from deposit and receipt of all content.

What happens in this phase

1. I review your current branding, bottle, and market position.

2. You send me the bottle size, printer die line, legal copy, logo files, and any must-have elements.

3. I design three distinct custom label concepts, each shown on a bottle mockup so you can see shelf impact.

4. You receive a short explanation of each concept and where I see it fitting in your line.

Your role

• You provide all content at the start.

• You choose one concept to move forward with.

Timeline
3 to 5 business days after I receive your feedback.

What happens in this phase

1. You send one round of consolidated feedback on the chosen concept.

2. I refine layout, typography, color, and small details based on that feedback.

3. You receive an updated label design and mockup for approval.

Scope of revisions

• One round of refinements is included.

Timeline
2 to 3 business days after final approval.

What happens in this phase

1. I prepare production files based on your printer’s specs and die line.

2. I run preflight checks for bleed, type safety, color, and key technical details.

3. I deliver press ready files directly to you or your printer.

4. You receive a PDF proof for your records.

What you receive

• Print ready label files for one label panel.

• Ownership of the final approved artwork for that label.

• 50% non refundable deposit to reserve your project and start Phase 1.

• 50% balance due before release of final production files.

Work pauses if invoices are past due.

Total typical timeline is about 2 to 3 weeks from deposit and receipt of all content, subject to timely feedback from your team.
